01What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address, the property address, your situation and anything you write in the enquiry form or in an email.
- Property and transaction records. If we make an offer or buy a property, the condition notes, photographs we take on the walkthrough, permit history and the closing documents handled by the title company.
- Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We never ask for a Social Security number, bank login or payment card number through this website. Anything a closing legitimately requires is collected by the licensed title company, not by this site.
02How we use it
- To evaluate the property you told us about and prepare a written offer.
- To carry out a purchase you have agreed to, and to keep the records Florida law requires after a closing.
- To measure which pages and which advertisements bring us real property enquiries, so we do not waste money advertising outside the two counties we work in.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent or trade property leads, and we do not assign your details to a list of other buyers or wholesalers.
03Advertising, Google Ads and remarketing
Google Ads · Analytics · Remarketing
We advertise through Google Ads and use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site. These services set cookies and use device identifiers to tell us whether a visit came from one of our advertisements and whether it turned into an enquiry.
We use remarketing: if you look at this site and do not contact us, you may later see our advertisements on Google Search, YouTube or sites in the Google Display Network. Those audiences are built from cookies and advertising identifiers only. They are never built from the contents of your messages to us, and we do not target anyone on the basis of a sensitive category, financial hardship or personal difficulty.
We may use Customer Match, which lets an advertiser upload hashed contact details so Google can show — or deliberately suppress — advertisements for that audience. Where we use Customer Match, we upload only details of people who gave us their information directly, the data is hashed before it leaves our systems, and a record is removed as soon as somebody asks.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party and third-party cookies together to serve advertisements based on your previous visits to this website. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising in your Google Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on, or opt out of interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative. Clearing or blocking cookies has the same effect, and this site works perfectly well without them.
04Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to serve the pages, plus the analytics and advertising cookies described above. No cookie set by this site stores your name, your email address or the address of your property.
05Who we share it with
Only with: our website and email hosting providers; Google, for the advertising and analytics purposes above; the title company, surveyor, inspector or attorney involved in a closing you have agreed to; our lender where a purchase is financed; and public authorities where the law requires it. Each of them may use the information only to do that job for us. Nobody buys a list from us, because we do not have one to sell.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an offer are deleted within eighteen months. Records of a completed purchase or sale are kept for at least seven years for tax and title reasons, then destroyed.
07Your rights
California residents — CCPA and CPRA
If you are a California resident you may ask for the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of any sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not knowingly process information about anyone under sixteen. Using these rights will never get you worse service or a worse offer. Visitors in Europe and the United Kingdom — GDPR
We buy property only in Florida, but if you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom the GDPR applies to that contact. Our lawful bases are your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, the performance of a contract where we are buying your property, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping our own business records. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. Write to contact@ironly.shop and we will answer within one month.
08Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries and property files sit in access-controlled accounts used only by the two owners of the company. No transmission over the internet is ever perfectly secure, so please do not email us deeds, statements or identity documents — the title company will collect those securely when there is a contract.
09Children
This site is meant for property owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
10Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page and the date at the top is updated. Everything — questions, access requests, deletion requests — goes to one address:
